We are delighted with the BJ-213 Quick & Accurate Bill Reader and we haven't had a single problem. I will pass along the warranty info in a future post. These " bad bills" times go in cycles so nobody thinks about it until AFTER the fact. But I will be glad to remind anyone who is forward thinking:)
